Group Fitness Classes in Toronto

The best way to work up a sweat and stay motivated is with a group of friends.

HIFT & Pilates

Michele teaches a number of group classes per week. Group classes consist of Pilates and HIFT (high-intensity functional training). HIFT puts more of a focus on multi-joint movements that can be modified to any fitness level and elicit greater muscle recruitment.

Currently classes are being offered via Zoom due to Covid-19. 

To join one of Michele's online classes, contact her directly. Classes can be paid for by email transfer. Your first class is FREE!
