HIFT & Pilates
Michele teaches a number of group classes per week. Group classes consist of Pilates and HIFT (high-intensity functional training). HIFT puts more of a focus on multi-joint movements that can be modified to any fitness level and elicit greater muscle recruitment.
Currently classes are being offered via Zoom due to Covid-19.
